I Love Positive sayings and have Hundreds of them. I put a different one at the end of each listing. Check them out, I bet you'll like them.

Update: 2017 is starting out shaky. Bob got sick just after Christmas and is still in the hospital with kidney failure from an infection. The good news is that he is getting better after 2 weeks but it was touch & go there for the 1st 11 days. He'll probably go to rehab for a week or two till he gets back on his feet. He's 6'5" & weighs 325 so he's too big for me to help him. it takes 2 to get him up while he's so sick and weak. We expect him to be strong and healthy again very soon. Please keep us in your Prayers,... It's now…

Please keep us in your Prayers,... It's now the end of April & Bob Finally came home last week. He's still Very weak & not on his feet yet but he IS home at least. He's down to 285 which is good but it's such a struggle for him to get his muscle tone back but we are getting there slowly. Remember to practice Gratitude. There are Always people in worse circumstances than yours so there IS Always Something to be Grateful for. Again, Please keep us in Prayer. Thank You and God Bless You.

Update: 2016 will be a year of change for us. My Beloved sister Ruth lost her almost 7 year battle with pancreatic cancer the week before Christmas 2015. Even in our pain we are able to find Gratitude that we had the Blessings of her Love and Indomitable Spirit for six Extra years with us. Almost 7 years ago they told her 3-5 Months, She told them NO, I'll be here a Lot longer than that, and she was. Rest in Peace, Big Sister. We Love You.

UPDATE: 2015 So far, so good. Things are going well. Both my beloved husband and sister are still here and doing well. Thank You God. Life is Good and there is So Much to be Grateful for ... Peace and love ... Jill. "Lord keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth" I like to read this one several times a day, it often helps keep me in Balance when the day goes sideways or stuff hits the fan.

... UPDATE: 2014 will be a fun & interesting year. 2013 was a Real Experience. While traveling through Az at night on our way to Ca, we were hit by a drunk driver going the wrong way on interstate 8. God was watching over everyone & only minor injuries to our bodies, but totaled 3 vehicles. A pick up going 70 mph hit head on, the Toyota in front & they both spun out & hit us (Toyotas are Great, safe cars) That brush with death, made me ask if I was doing what I wanted. The answer was No. So, we sold most of our stuff & moved back to California to be near my sister who is dealing with cancer again. Great decision, She's doing Great & we are having a Happy time together. "If God brings you to it, God will bring you through it"

2012 & 2011 were Rough Years... 2011 Bob lost his Dad in April and his Mom in July. I fell and broke my right elbow 2 weeks later and had a plate and 6 screws to fix it. Now, a year later, Sept. 2012 I'm doing Great. ... OOPS, Please Keep us in your Prayers. In Late Oct. 2012, I fell again and broke the left elbow and knee. (bone damage from bc radiation treatment 15 years ago) No plate and only 3 screws this time.Had to re close the mall spaces again but, I'm doing pretty good considering. In only 2 months I've gone from 5 weeks helpless on my back, to a wheel chair, to a walker, to a cane and driving again. Can a road trip be far behind? It turned out much sooner than I thought.

The following is my 1st update ...

Back in 08, right after we joined & before I got a chance to figure out how to list all my great stuff, I had a heart attack and woke up in the hospital (being grateful that I woke up). Now, over 4 years later I am doing GREAT. My strength & stamina are mostly back to normal & within reasonable limits I can pretty much do whatever I want. No backpacking or bungee jumping but almost everything else is fair game. Since we stopped world traveling a few years ago & I never wanted to bungee jump anyway, I haven't had to give up much.

We are a husband & wife team who loves being creative. We were both born with wanderlust (Not All Who Wander are Lost) so over almost 40 years together we have traveled the world. In the early years, with bicycles, backpacks & our trusty Lonely Planet Guide. We stayed in hostels, campgrounds & even farmers fields (after he moved the bull). We studied and explored many cultures and different types of artistic expression. As we got older, the only thing that changed in our travels was less primitiveness in our sleeping accommodations. We still choose to believe that Life is a Grand Adventure.

Our latest passion is working with glass but we still play with clay and do a little screen printing as well as photography and I soon hope to learn digital compositions. I recently started painting again and always love to explore new ideas.

We are retired now, and loving life and enjoying each wonderful new day that we have with each other. I am not a computer whiz yet, so our shop will evolve slowly. Please be patient. To start, we will feature our fused glass jewelry and also some of my vintage items and Bob's serigraphs

I have been a lifelong collector of anything that strikes my fancy (much to Bob's chagrin). Now it is time to find a new home for my eclectic collection of beloved STUFF. So I will be adding my Vintage things soon (so hard to let go of it.) I am constantly listing new items in both the Handmade and Vintage sections and we moved the books to their own shop at BooksForYou.etsy.com (It's still on vacation for a while, til we get re-settled.

I used to teach Arts and Crafts in the Adult schools, and have been thinking about doing some tutorials or maybe even kits on different crafts. Please let me know what you think & if you have any requests.

I do, Fused Glass, Mosaics, Candle, Soap & Paper Making, Silver, Brass, Copper and other metal work. Wire Wrap and Jewelry Making, Polymer Clay, Beads & Books & many other things.

Thanks for taking the time to read this far. We appreciate all of our customers. We have owned a couple of retail businesses in the past and understand that our Customers ARE the business. We have always built our businesses with customer loyalty and referrals by delivering more than was expected. We always tuck a little something extra into our packages to say thanks for choosing us to shop with. Thanks again and may God Bless You ... Peace and Love ... Jill & Bob.

Life is easier if we remember to live it just one day at a time because each day is a gift which is why it's called the present. Have a Glorious Day ... Peace and Love ...

LISTEN UP FOLKS If you're a Woman, LEARN THE FACTS about how MOST WOMEN experience HEART ATTACK SYMPTOMS. WOMEN OFTEN HAVE NO PAIN SYMPTOMS, just a couple of days of feeling lousy in general and often have Severe Nausea just before the BIG ONE and it often Kills Them because they ignored the SYMPTOMS (thinking it was just some bug they were getting) and Didn't Get Help in Time. More WOMEN DIE from Heart Attacks than Men Because of This ...
