Pam and Nancy Jo's Profile

About

At Home in Napa is the new venture of two sisters transplanted many years ago from Minnesota to California. Both of us have our own businesses (photography and landscape architecture), but have always been drawn to using vintage items in our homes and each have various collections. We love to comb the local estate sales, flea markets and the occasional garage sale for those objects you just can’t find in the stores anymore.

For years Nancy has been a picker (someone who locates items) for her friend’s antique store. I have always told her she should be selling the items herself, but starting a brick and mortar store was not something she wanted to tackle. Along came Etsy and after opening up a store for Pam’s photography ( http://www.etsy.com/shop/PamelaHiar ) she finally convinced Nancy to start this store as a joint project.
