About current earthquakes and accident of nuclear power plants in Japan

Hello!
Since the earthquakes and the accident, I got many messages from customers and friends outside Japan.
Thanks so much!!

I am almost safe.
I live in Nagoya city, far from the damaged area and the broken plants.
In long term the pollution will spread in water and foods in Japan.
But in short term I am safe now.

Thanks again for your thoughtfulness!

I am a glass bead and marble maker living in Japan.
In Japan we make glass beads, using lead glass rods and torch with air concentrator.
Lead glass has low melting point and delicate color.
I love to make traditional Japanese glass beads called "tonbo-dama."

And I love flowers. I make many kinds of flower bloom inside glass beads.
The beads are mostly round.
Some flowers are 3-D shape inside beads and others 2-D shape on beads.
I also make square beads. They are originally ornaments for Japanese kimono belt.
I make glass marble also, using tonbo-dama techniques.

Please enjoy my glass works.
Thank you for your reading the message of mine.
