I'm a big city gal transplanted from St Louis, Missouri to the award winning beach community of Treasure Island, Florida. (Find Tampa on the map, look west to the Gulf of Mexico and that's my slice of paradise!)
Wreaths as decoration date back to the Greeks and Romans. Today, I design wreaths as an art form that may hang at the front door of a home, above the fireplace at a resort in Montana or at a beach wedding at the ocean's edge. My designs are hand crafted, individually by me in my studio by the beach.
Originally they all were coastal- lots of shells , real starfish and sand dollars. Now, I also create lines that are very rustic - lots of faux evergreens, pine cones, wooden moose, etc. Or my newest line, country style - painted tin roosters, chickens, wire ribbons and faux wild flowers.
