Sharon Johnson's Profile

About

Presently, I teach at the community college level. While my passion for making jewelry is relatively new, my interest in movies is life long; I'm fortunate enough to share that interest by teaching film.

Jewelry may be a new medium, but I have published short stories and sold paintings and a variety of needlework crafts over the years. When my children were little, I spent a lot of time at the sewing machine making oh-so-cute costumes for Halloween, dance-recitals, and school plays, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

I have an adorable Papillion named Lolita after one of my favorite director's (Stanley Kubrick's) films by the same name.
