Jean Klopsch's Profile

About

Bead Tales sprang from my love of beading and travel. I started beading in the 1970's and began collecting beads and pendants during my travels. It didn't take me long to realize that beaded jewelry was the perfect place to display my treasures and to re-live my travels. Before long I had more jewelry than any one person could possibly use. That's when Bead Tales was born and now my passion is finding unusual, vintage or ethnic jewelry, beads and pendants that I can share with all who visit my shop.

As much as possible I strive to purchase my ethnic components from individual suppliers and artisans, or from co-ops that are working to alleviate poverty around the globe.

I am on a never ending quest to find "global treasures". I hope you will enjoy your "travels" through my store. Thank you for looking.
