About

Got into candle making when I realized the majority of candles in stores are made from paraffin wax, which is derived from crude oil ... yes that's right, the same stuff that powers your car or your oil furnace!! Once I realized that, I swore to use only natural candles, and if I could make them myself and add my own personal touch then why not? :-)

I was originally using soy wax, but got into using beeswax because of it's superior burning and air cleansing qualities, and now absolutely love the stuff! Once you've had beeswax candles around the house, you can't live without them ... the beeswax smell is amazing!!

Now I use beeswax (both blocks and honeycomb sheets) almost exclusively, and love the quality candles and natural products they produce.
