Hi All!
I am a full-time working mother of 2 (3 if you include my hubby and his boyish ways!) who loves to craft. Starting out at a very young age I was a very industrious kid... my mom used to knit slippers with pompom animal faces, but she can't crochet so couldn't make tails for the little critters, so I would charge her a quarter a tail when I was only 5!

Crocheting tails turned into friendship bracelets and beaded jewelry by the time I hit junior high, and then by high school I pretty much lived in the Fashion Studies lab and the drama room, often combining my two loves to make costumes and other fun bits.

I hadn't done much crafting in my early twenties, working too much and going to university full time. But after my daughter was born in 2006 my mother, suffering from a laundry list of aches and pains, bought her first magnetic bracelet -- and I was FLOORED by the cost! So I set about looking for a cheaper way to produce the same item and began making my own.

Two years and another baby later, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and later Fibermyalgia as well. My magnetic jewelry has helped beyond imagine at helping me to manage my pain.

After great debate (like 3 years worth!) I finally decided to open up my Etsy shop in Novemeber 2011. While all of my items are currently of the magnetic therapy variety, my love of crafting has been renewed and I have been testing out some new techniques and using new (to me) materials -- so keep your eyes open!!
