About

In 2009 I developed a design company that not only reflects my lifelong love of design, but also celebrates the bold, lively, and sassy spirit of modern women.

I'm a native of Chicago, where my passion for art and design as a child helped refine my eye for composition and color, a characteristic that still comes through in my designs. I grew up surrounded by art and design, often accompanying my mother to numerous open houses, furniture stores and boutiques. My mother always enrolled me in art classes every summer.

Extending my love of art and design, I turned my passion into Bold & Posh.

It was my older sister, however that ultimately inspired and pushed me to start my own business. I introduced my own sassiness and modernity into my designs, creating the foundation for a unique and stylish product. Design excellence, originality and uncompromising quality are at the heart of my philosophy, featuring home accents lavishly designed in a symphony of styles and finishes, embellished with beautiful fabrics, colorful paper, adorable buttons, spunky yarn, and elaborate doodads.

I bring the same energy, spirit and commitment to numerous non-for-profit organizations by donating my graphic design skills. My company is dedicated to my wonderful supportive family and in memory of my loving mother, Robin, and my grandmother Willa.
