***Business days are Monday-Friday & orders placed after 4pm CST will not be processed until the following business day!***
HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR ORDERED A RUSH:
On your receipt, in the order total will be the shipping cost. If you added a rush upgrade, it will be listed there.

What date will my order ship?
Please check your purchase in Etsy for your scheduled shipping date before contacting us as we need all the time possible to work on creating your beautiful custom made order :)

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping date will not automatically update in Etsy if you have ordered a rush, it can take up to 24 hours (on a business day) for the shipping date to reflect the ship shipping date.
Standard shipping dates are approximate, however rush orders will be shipped by the number of business days selected PLUS shipping time.

TIME IN SHIPPING
Most orders ship priority 3-4 days for USA shipping. International orders ship standard which takes 2-3 weeks in shipping time. If you need them more quickly, please choose the upgrade that includes the 7-10 day priority for the shipping time.

The fine print - we would really appreciate if you please read for answers to questions before contacting us so that we can use all of our time to work on making your custom orders :)
Once your order has shipped out, we are no longer responsible for it. Any packages lost or damaged in shipping are not the responsibility of Bow & Bridal Flip Flops, so we will refer you to the shipper for any shipping issues.
We are only responsible to get your order shipped out by the date we have specified. Shipping times are approximate, so items that take longer in shipping than expected are outside of our control- though we will do everything we can to make sure your order goes out so you have it in time.

Every order is custom made, however the flip flop base itself is not custom fit. Our flip flops fit 98% of our customers well, however as every single woman's foot is different, it may fit differently for each person. If you do not like the fit of your flip flops, we unfortunately do not offer any exchanges or returns. We do have a custom fit option - which means we can special order another flip flop base to accommodate your fit requests, there is a charge of $12.50 per pair for this service, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to send the original pair back. We will not process custom fit orders until the order has been sent back.

SIZE / COLORS EXCHANGES : If you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing or colors, please contact us as colors of flip flops or ribbons may differ from a picture on your computer screen. We would be happy to advise! Colors or designs can change slightly from season to season. We do our best to advise you, though in the end when a design is chosen and ordered, the sale is final.
If you are not happy with the sizing or color of your flip flops, we do offer sizing & color exchanges for a fee to have them re-made & re-shipped after you have sent them back to us. For a sizing/ color exchange, please print the form from the following link & send back with the applicable fee. http://bowflipflops.com/re-sizing-form
*If you do not specify colors or design details, your order will be made in the colors/design in the first listing photo of the item you purchased.

**Most of our flip flops now have one of our logos printed on the base of the flip flop.

ALL SIZES are in USA SIZES. Please notify us immediately of any sizing changes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- we ship USPS first class - 2 -5 weeks in shipping time. Plus the processing time. Add a rush or upgrade to faster shipping if you need them more quickly. After 2.5 weeks if your package has not arrived, please contact your local post office & provide them with the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order shipped out. We cannot track packages in other countries once they leave the USA & are no longer responsible for them. We will not replace lost packages once they leave the USA. Your tracking information will show your package departing the USA from Chicago - it will not be updated until it has gone through customs in your country - it is not stuck in Chicago - please be patient and wait for it to go through customs - it can take a little while!
CUSTOMS FEE/ VAT: You may incur a customs fee for orders outside USA, the cost will depend on the country you are in & order total. Our shipping costs do not cover customs fees. Please check with your country's customs department for information.

Please keep in mind that every item in our shop is 100% hand made in the Bow Flip Flops studio. As with all hand made items, they are not 100% perfect as with an item manufactured by machines. We always strive to be very meticulous with craftsmanship but there may be signs that your item is made by hand. A spot of glue here or there can happen, since that is what is used to adhere bows and ribbons Please keep this in mind and remember that hand made items are unique and one of a kind and made with love!
RETURNS: We do not accept returns/ refunds on any item in our shop. We custom design and make every product for each order. Please keep in mind the time it takes to design, make & ship your order. If there is an problem or issues with the size you chose, Bridal Flip Flops will work with you to see if there is a solution or change that can be made. There is a size exchange fee, and other fees may be applicable. Please see the policies section regarding returns and replacements for more information.

AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED: We provide tracking for orders, once it has been scanned & shipped , we are no longer responsible for your item once the tracking information shows it has departed from our location. Please contact us to purchase insurance if you would like to do so.
We will not return/exchange/reimburse for items or shipping that do not arrive for the date you need them, as long as we shipped them out by the date that we promised. This means that if we shipped them out on time, it is not the responsibility of Bow Flip Flops if the shipper delayed your package or did not get it to you in the time you wanted. It is outside of our control!

We only carry the following colors & heel heights:
FLAT FLIP FLOPS - black, white , brown (ladies sizes only) gray (ladies sizes only) or navy (in ladies sizes only)
WEDGE FLIP FLOPS - 1.25 inch LOW heel, 3.5 inch HIGH heel - white, ivory or black and we now have a 2 inch heel in ivory!

IVORY does NOT come in flat flip flops. The 1.25 inch low wedge is just a comfy (maybe more!) than the flats & is only 3/4 of an inch higher in the back, so it is a great option if you are looking for ivory & do not want heeled flip flops.

Our sizing is as follows:
Ladies: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11
Children: 8/9, 10/11, 12/13, 1/2, 3/4

If you are a half size, you will probably get the best fit from ordering up to the next size, since they come only in whole sizes.
