I am an addicted-to-fabric homeschooling mom! I love freehand quilting small quilts on my old Bernina 830 sewing machine which I got from my Grandma. I also am the oh-so-tickled owner of a vintage 1896 Singer 31-15 long-arm quilting machine that sits on a 10-foot quilting frame and can hold a king-sized quilt. She is electric and has a speed regulator, in case you're wondering!
You'll find a mix of quilts in my shop as I venture through the patterns that have only been in my head or on my shelf for a long time.
I use only quilt-shop quality fabrics so your quilt will last for a long time, even with regular use. These fabrics cost between $9 and $12 per yard, and this is the main reason why my handmade quilts have a higher price tag than others made with lesser-quality materials…
