Marketing professional, biochemist with a passion for all things vintage. I have a deep appreciation for the creativity and expression of thought and imagination that can go into a design and then the skill and the patience to create it , just so I would see it, use it ..., it really can be humbling. I expect excellence from myself in the study of the art and craft... I try to learn as much as possible about the items I buy and then re-sell. Given the opportunity I try to pass along as much of this as possible to the buyer so you get a little bit of history with your purchase...just ask me a question about glass colors or cubist paintings...This hopefully enables me to continue to study and collect Wiener Werkstatte...I'm a sucker for hard luck pieces you know the credenza with the horrific scratch across the top...I will spend more time fixing it than you can imagine until it is ready to be adopted. I will gladly purchase broken pottery or glass if its repairable and the damage doesnt detract from the original design I just turn the scratched side the other way or put a vase over it...."Who amongst us is without any dings or scratches?"...so anyone with broken wiener werkstatte I'll take it...
