Our shop name, Camp Ho-Ba-Chee, came about from a vintage sign we first purchased for our home which had originated from a camp in the Haliburton, Ontario area in the 1950s. It conjures up for us warm memories of fun, play, creativity and discovery - all sensibilities we hope our shop communicates.

We are two gals with BIG dreams...
eclectic style, tons of ideas, and lots of creative energy. We love exploring antique shops, salvage yards, country auctions, small towns, back roads, and the back forty. We are drawn to old weathered paint, wood with the patina of age and love, retro fabrics, old buttons, utilitarian pottery, pieces with wit and whimsy, colour, light, shape and form. We love mid mod and at the same time enjoy rustic primitives.
