I am a weird, nature loving, goof ball that lives in California. I grew up on the East Coast swearing I never needed to live in California, this was everyone else’s dream. Then I moved to this state and realized what all the hype was about. I still find it to be an odd environment, I miss living under a canopy and humidity. Yes, I miss humidity. I don’t live in the right part of California to get these everyday. I live in the Bay Area, Redwood City specifically. I am lucky enough to have converted my yard to native plants, drawing in native bird species and I travel to a location everyday that has been maintained with respect to native species both flora and fauna. Getting to be within nature everyday is very important to me.
