Ever since I was little, I loved to draw. I was in an "advanced art" class in elementary school and for a short period in college, I had art as my minor. But, because my father pushed me to be an artist "when I grew up" I, of course, rebelled and became a lawyer!
As a lawyer, I have worked with artists of all types, but, my love for creating art has never died. I primarily prefer to draw or paint natural subjects with pencils, colored pencils, charcoal, oil paints or watercolors.
I also love to travel and see art. I have been to the Hermitage, the Louvre, and many other galleries throughout the world. My favorite artists are those who work at the intersection of art and science, such as Da Vinci, Seurat, Dali, Audubon, Hirst and Muenck and these are my main influences.
