About

I have lived in Florida all my life and most of my ideas and inspirations come from looking out my window. I usually can see dogs, cats, many birds, bugs occasionally armadillos, deer, fox and of course, my Alpine dairy goats and my garden. (Sometimes my goats in my garden!)
Even though I no longer have horses, I owned and worked with them for many years and they remain the "muse" animal for me.(And then again, some critters I just plain imagine!)
My work is one of a kind, with my original designs and drawings on a polymer clay base. Then, working with India and many colored inks, colored pencil, watercolors or different colored clays, I sculpt, draw, or etch my ideas on the surface of each individual piece. The inked pieces are then finished in acrylic and are fairly durable. (Please don't throw in washing machine! It will last a wash or two, but it is not recommended.)…

The earrings are made with stainless, sterling or gold filled wires. The barrette backs are the "French" style (and, in fact, made in France.) I never use molds, decals or transfers of any type.

Thank You,
