Hello and welcome to an all white baby shop where you will find 'reborn heirlooms' and heirloom inspired treasures for baby's first 2 years.

I love vintage and heirloom things, so much of what you see here will have that flavor. I also love taking delicate crochet, lovingly made by somebody's grandmother and
transforming it into a sweet little bonnet for somebody's baby.

One day I walked into a vintage shop and spied a white vintage doily edged in gorgeous pink Irish rose crochet. It was the way it was folded in half and hanging on a wire clothes hanger that caught my attention. Suddenly I thought to myself, "That's a baby hat!" And with a few stitches and the addition of some ribbons - it was reborn into a "new heirloom" for a special Christening. I always imagine that the lady who crocheted the original doily would be thrilled to see it on a baby 3 or 4 generations later.

White is also a passion of mine. I love how clean and pure it is. While many of my photo backgrounds are pastel colors, the majority of my items are white. Most of them are heirloom inspired. I do begin with patterns but by the time I am finished most of them can truly be called my own designs.

I am a seamstress who used to specialize in weddings, but babies are so much more fun! I love doing fine detail work, admiring a lacy little bonnet edging or the way a tiny bluebird comes to life in my embroidery.

I am located in the Toronto, Ontario area of Canada - just north of the New York border.
