I make joyful art from reclaimed materials.
I love to reuse salvaged signage and turn it into flower gardens and hand-scripted hopeful words. I have always had the most fondness for the pieces left behind, even what falls on my studio floor or is pushed aside on my working table. These little bits and pieces have become the inspiration for my new collection of prints. I feel as if these are my stories all stitched together.
My studio is in a stone cottage from the 1800's on a historic preserved farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I am surrounded by nature, history and beauty. I share this property with farmers and a thriving art center, so creativity and hope surround me. I love candles, coffee, music and flowers around me as I create.
