As part of my personal beliefs, I feel it is important to give and donate from my sales. I take a portion of the money I would put into my pocket from the sale of my art and I donate it to a charity or organization of my choosing. The amount I volunteer to donate is based on the cost of materials, the commission (if any) I pay for items sold on consignment, and the sale price of the piece. I do this completely voluntary and out of my own funds. Included in my sales description is the name organization I am donating to. I do this to inform individuals interested in my work how I use the funds generated from the sale.

My general process is, after receiving payment from the purchaser, I make the donation as soon as possible. If possible, I notate in the donation who it is made on behalf of. I then take the receipt from the purchase, remove all personal and account information, and send a copy via email to the purchaser of the art.

Some of my favorite Charities are:
Sea Shepherd Conservation Society

The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee
