About

I am writing this short info about myself from a beautiful town of Greystones, just south of Dublin, in Ireland. It's nested between the picturesque Wicklow mountains and the cliff-rimmed Irish sea.

I have always loved unique and unusual jewelry and trips to the jewelry shops and boutiques were always dissapointing. I didn't like the things I could afford and couldn't afford the things I liked.

Growing up in a post-communist Poland has taught me that if I want to have something unique I have to make it myself.

There were no bead shops, so the only way to go was to use beads from broken necklaces and bracelets, ribbons cut off from old garments, odd buttons found here and there and shells or tiny Baltic Amber nuggets found on the beach (the Baltic sea leaves pieces of amber on the beach during a storm).

And so my journey into jewelry making began and it still continues.

It's difficult to say what inspires me. It can really be anything: an amazing photograph, beautiful Irish landscape that I have the pleasure to watch everyday, a dress of a woman that was sitting next to me on a train. I get inspired very often and really love the process of creating jewelry. It is time consuming but I enjoy every minute I spend creating.

Welcome to the Craftemall world of unique jewelry. Make yourself a cup of tea and take your time browsing through the shop. Do let me know if there's anything I can help you with.
