Sarah Berman's Profile

About

I had been involved in art since a very young age, drawing and learning all techniques available to learn, such as painting glass, wood, paper, and fabrics.

I graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration, and worked as a Financial Analyst in Brazil until meeting my husband.
After we moved to Florida, I received compliments about my skills, working as a preschool teacher for 6 years.

Also, I completed 2 years of a certification class for Graphic Design in the U.S., where I developed more knowledge in colors and designs. In 2009 I decided to try my luck with polymer clay, and I fell in love with this limitless medium. Polymer clay became my passion. I love the stretch extrusions forming repeating patterns, the mica shift in the metallic clays, the colors, the textures, and the endless possibilities of shapes…

My projects and pieces were featured on variety of sites, and blogs. In march 2012, I was invited to make tutorial for Sculpey, and it will be on the Polyform website in June 2012. In May 2012, I was invited to be a polymer clay teacher at CraftArtEdu, and now I received the invitation from you to be the Sculpey Design Squad Member! Could I have more reasons to go forward?

I am sure that I show my passion for what I am doing trough my work. Also, my sensibility, attention to detail, and precision has maintained the high quality creative pieces.

As an experienced artist in various techniques and materials, I love to have the opportunity to share my knowledge in an online class and in tutorials. I love to share what I have learned.

Thank you for visiting me :-)
