I was born, bred and Gumbo fed in Louisiana. It is where I still reside, spending countless hours in the kitchen. My specialities are Creole & Cajun food. I've been cooking for many years and have trained under two of the best cooks I know...My Mom & Grandma. My family owned a famous eatery in New Orleans, that has now been sold.
