I grew up in a very far away city, made grand by a Gold Rush in the 1860's. A century later my mother would find exquisite Edwardian silk velvet coats in charity shops, even a bisque doll at the town dump, and dress us in lovely 1920's velvet dotted voile dresses with tiny pearl buttons down the back.
Special garments still make my heart race, though it is rare to see them. Here I pass on finds that do not suit or fit me from random trawls where ever I am at the time. My business is based in London but I spend half the year in South East Asia so you will find a lot of Oriental fashions and silk in my collection.
