Cricklewood Chocolate is a little home chocolaterie specialising in unique truffles, gift boxes and premium couverture bars. Freshly made in the Adelaide Hills by chocolatier, Julie French, with simple seasonal ingredients and imagination.
We hand temper all of our organic, fair trade chocolate in a big saucepan (it gives us muscle definition). We boil caramel and stuff giant turkish figs with it. We peel, roast and mash our fresh pumpkin and beetroot to make the earthiest, yummiest, healthiest truffles. We pick fresh mint and basil leaves from the garden to coat in premium chocolate. We chop rhubarb and make big pots of sticky rhubarb jam.
