Crimson Cactus is a family owned and operated business located in the heart of Texas.
About Our Business:
My mother, Patti started making ceramic pieces in 1981 in North Carolina as a way to provide a 'second' income and stay at home with my older brother and I. She exhibited pieces in arts and craft shows in the Carolinas and then in the late 80's, our family moved to El Paso, TX, where we did shows and festivals throughout west Texas and southern New Mexico. Another move in 2003, took us to the Kansas City, Missouri area. My son was born there in 2005 and working with Mom allowed me to stay at home with my son. In 2006, we added several new items to our product line, including hand-poured soy candles and hand-crocheted necklaces. We came back to Texas in 2011 at which time we named our business, Crimson Cactus. We pride ourselves in making items as unique as the Crimson Cactus flowers.
Sadly, in 2014, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and after a long fight, she recently passed away in 2017. Now, with the help of my husband, son, and Dad, we are keeping our family business going strong, just the way Mom would have wanted!

Personalized Advertising
To enable personalized advertising (like interest-based ads), we may share your data with our marketing and advertising partners using cookies and other technologies. Those partners may have their own information they’ve collected about you. Turning off the personalized advertising setting won’t stop you from seeing Etsy ads or impact Etsy's own personalization technologies, but it may make the ads you see less relevant or more repetitive.
This type of data sharing may be considered a “sale” of information under California privacy laws. Turning off personalized advertising opts you out of these “sales.” Learn more in our Privacy Policy., Help Center, and Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy.
