About

It probably started with the classic drawing-on-the-walls as a toddler (which I apparently blamed on my poor little brother), but I've always been unable to resist decorating everything around me. Nothing makes me happier than looking around a room, and seeing the hundred little personal touches someone has added! Whether it's something as simple as a thank you note to a friend, or as epic as a wedding invitation, I know how much it means to send something that "feels like me".

After spending a lifetime in snow-ridden Western New York, my husband and I moved to the sunny Florida coast shortly after our wedding - since I had to quit my day job anyway, I took the plunge into doing business for myself!

A few years and a baby later, we're now settling into lovely woodsy North Carolina.

While planning my wedding in 2011, I knew I wanted the day to be full of lovely details...and I knew I had a VERY small budget! I set about designing a million little things, all the way down to itty-bitty stickers for the bubble tubes. (Note to other brides: do NOT try for fancy shapes to cut out on stickers only half an inch wide! Your fingers will thank you!!) It was such an amazing feeling, looking around at the reception, seeing all the things I'd made, and feeling so at home being surrounded by things that were "so ME".

In a previous job, I had the opportunity to design custom banners and assorted other printed goodies - and it wasn't long before I realized it was not only something I was decent at, but something I LOVED. It gives me such joy to "customize" everything around me to my own tastes, and I'm so happy to be able to help others do so as well!
