Donnie Fauber's Profile

About

I was raised on a farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. My love of wood began in 1965 at age 9 when my father, Harry, commissioned a local cabinet maker, Irvine Rosen, to build a kitchen hutch and table using cherry that grew on the family farm. Through many entrepreneurial adventures, I always found time to pursue furniture making. My most recent speculation was remodeling a 1900’s home in historic Staunton where a fall from the roof derailed further renovation work. I am now able to fulfill a lifelong desire to turn my full attention to furniture and wood products.
