I majored in art at Antioch college in Ohio, in the 70's. I have an art studio in Seattle, WA, where I have taught watercolor classes for 10 years and art demos and workshops at the Daniel Smith art store in Seattle, WA.
I seriously started painting 18 years ago and have very diverse interests and styles. I paint in watercolor, beeswax encaustic, acrylic, and collage.
Encaustic is a 2000 year-old technique (used on the mummy cases), that can be done with a variety of materials and tools.
