Deb Shull-Andrews' Profile
I use my sewing machine like a paint brush-a tool to build and create with-layering texture, pattern, colors to make one-of-a-kind upcycled bags, hats and accessories. Painterly. Unstructured. Free-form style.
You can take a peek at my studio, (my haven) and see where it all happens here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/itzaChicThing/about/ (of course it looks absolutely nothing like this when I am in it creating!)
Sooooo...here's a bit more about me: somehow my past creative endeavors--painting wildlife, portraits, whimsical furniture-- evolved into what I am doing now...making artsy, upcycled, one-of-a-kind accessories. I recently left my day job as a graphic designer to follow my passion and spend more time in my studio, pursue the art fair circuit, work more in my gardens and enjoy my family. I. Am. Loving it…
