Deb Shull-Andrews' Profile
I use my sewing machine like a paint brush-a tool to build and create with-layering texture, pattern and color to make one-of-a-kind upcycled bags, hats and cuffs. Painterly. Unstructured. Free-form style. And I've added painted accessories to the mix: shoes, purses, belts--who knows what will be next.
Sooooo...here's a bit more about me: somehow my past creative endeavors--painting wildlife, portraits, whimsical furniture-- evolved into what I am doing now...making artsy, upcycled, one-of-a-kind accessories. I left my day job as a graphic designer to follow my passion and spend more time in my studio, pursue the art fair circuit, work more in my gardens and enjoy my family. I. Am. Loving it.
