About

Born and raised in NYC, I was incredibly lucky to have grown up in a city of multitudes. My influences are broad and expansive; postal mail, stray cats, the shape of driftwood inspires me. In 1999, I left a hefty scholarship at an ivy league school. Disillusioned with academic life, I knew deep down it wasn't what I wanted to be doing. So, i moved around the U.S for a few years before settling down and completing an arts degree in Philadelphia. Though all of my classes had merit, printmaking and book arts stole my heart. The sound of a brayer rolling out ink still makes my skin tingle.

This shop was borne of my friends asking about combining my intuitive and artistic lives. I believe they are one in the same: both paths are unplanned, wavy and meandering, strengthened by a mix of determination and play. And delighting in the unknown.

Since I was a child, both of these worlds fascinated me and still do. I am sensitive to the energy surrounding everything-people, animals, food, places-you name it. My dream life is lush, vivid and often precognitive. I've taken and taught a variety of metaphysical classes, am a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and am always learning more and combining methods.

Lineage aids me: mom is Blackfoot (Native American) and dad is Sicilian, both such magical and creative cultures. My brother also makes art and magic, keep your eyes peeled for future collaborations. That said, I always love a group project- if you are interested in creating parameters, let's talk.

Delicious Healing came from the notion that wellness does not have to imply hard work or struggle. It can be blissful, easy and natural as swimming with a current instead of against it. Life goes so much smoother when you're not battling undertow.
Committing to doing healing work profoundly helped me find my way. May you find yours.
