Lauren's Profile

About

I'm a recent college graduate who majored in Biology. Hopefully one day I can use my job skills to support my jewelry making hobby! My designs are inspired by nature, faerie tales, and antiques. My style asthetic is quite eclectic fluctuating between steampunk, middle eastern, art nouveau, and elvish motifs. I am very much in love with costuming--especially headdresses and crowns so you may see some floating around in my shop once in a while.

Many of my items are one of a kind, I try to keep it unique but I am not opposed to remaking something in a different color or a variation on a theme. If you're looking for custom pieces, feel free to ask!

A percentage every sale I make is donated to WorldVision.org and UNICEF, organizations helping needy children around the globe get food, clean water, warm beds, schooling, and more. Even if you do not purchase anything from me, I highly encourage you to visit their sites. You CAN change the world... A $5 coffee from starbucks Monday-Friday on your way to work? That's $25 a week or $100 a month. A SINGLE $25 donation to World Vision can buy a family two chickens that supply protien rich eggs for nourishment, and income (selling eggs, any offspring the chickens may have) for years.
