About

I will be donating 10-20% of all sales proceeds to several causes I hold dear benefiting the Native American elders and children that are in such great need across this country we call Turtle Island and also other charities of benefit to children and the environment.
All my life I have been fascinated by the beauty and healing that Mother Earth has provided and with the many geological and metaphysical properties of the various crystals and stones. Many years ago I learned lapidary, then I had to have something to do with all the stones I had cut, hence on to metalsmithing, mainly construction methods. Now that I am retired I have now set up my bench so I can return to metalsmithing and will be adding some of my earlier creations in my shop plus my new work. I am enjoying researching my Native American heritage of Cree, Inuit, Apache, Aztec and Inca, all very distinct and rich cultures I am proud to carry in my bloodline. Although I am not 100% Native American my heart and soul are and I proudly walk the red road.
I am a Usui Reiki Master and retirement has enabled me to use my Reiki and my fine arts training in creative endeavors that bring joy to others. All my creations are imbued with Reiki healing energies before being shipped.
Although my favorite fine arts medium is watercolor, I do a lot of decorative art and love working with gourds. If it holds still long enough I will either paint it or make something out of it! You may see the results of these efforts in my shop. I am a member of the SRAJD (Self-Representing Artist Jewelry Designer) and I love being part of this Etsy family and the Red Road Forum team!
Ideas are always brewing for new creations... I just need two of me or 48 hour days and the stamina to go with it!
