Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop. My name is Marcy aka: Elslow5 Im excited and nervous at this leap into cyber space. Please excuse the mess while I get my shop set up i.e.: typos, poor picture quality, etc. I have been told for years that I should have a web site to market my knit goods. I started to look into it several times, but I was always overwhelmed by the people spouting a lot of techno geek speak, not to mention $1500.00 per page design fees, shopping carts extra, web hosting extra etc. etc. It seemed I would never have a web site. Then while reading the Lion Brand© Yarn online news letter I clicked on a podcast about Etsy. Thanks Lion Brand©. Cyber space Im here at last! I currently have baby sweater and hat sets, baby blankets, dishcloths/ wash cloths, children and adult hats in a variety of styles, as well as sweaters, scarves, shawls and socks. I also make hand spun yarns from a variety of fibers when I can but, right now I have none. I have for many years sold my knit goods and crafts from a Farmers Market that is many miles from home and at craft shows of various distances from home. With gas prices so high, too many hours on the road and the demands of my two children under five; my goal is to make Etsy my main source of income. Achieving my goal will allow me to spend more quality with my family and less time on the road. Excited to be here, Marcy
