Sarah Copeland is a writer, urban gardener, culinary expert and DIY addict who spends her days developing recipes for the Food Network Magazine, creating edible gardens for urban youth and pretending her city apartment is a farmhouse with hens laying fresh eggs out back. Sarah believes that Edible Living begins with inspiration. She finds hers in her community garden, in farm-fresh ingredients, stinky cheeses and endless yards of fabrics and ribbons. Sarah lives with her husband Andras in New York City, and in Porva, Hungary.
