I'm a South Dakota native and have lived in SD all my life and am thankful for that! A little recent history here ~ Okay...so I really started on Etsy the 1st of December 2010. My first shop's site is www.etsy.com/shop/KeepsakesForever

As you can see I have a love for things of the past whether it be an old bobbin, a vintage water can, an old apron to some discarded old doors and windows. As you can see I have a love for things of the past whether it be an old bobbin, a vintage water can, an old apron to some discarded old doors and windows. Whatever it is, it just seems to flood my mind with memories from the past and couple that with my wild imagination and the ability to see what it can become and WOW! All I can say is it's a good thing I have a very understanding husband (and a handy one too!) Hence this site is to keep the items coming and going out the door. It's probably more of an excuse to buy things so I can say..."I'll just sell that on etsy"!!! Can anybody relate to this? If not, it is fun to always find a treasure hidden beneath an old stack of books or in a box stuffed in the corner at your favorite 2nd hand shop! So hopefully, you will enjoy this site and as time goes on I will continue to add more exciting hard to find treasures right here from the plains of South Dakota!
