Erika Heins' Profile

About

Hello there! Thank you for taking time to browse through my artwork. Painting and drawing are simply something I do on the side when I can-- most of my time is taken up with my other jobs, which include teaching English and art at a little Christian school on Whidbey Island, Washington.
Tolkien's works hold a special magic for me. I can easily imagine myself a part of his world, and the truths and themes that lace his work are the ones dearest to my heart: the bond of loyalty between friends, sacrifice, and the triumph of good over evil.
You can also visit me at my blog: http://greenandgreyblog.wordpress.com/

Also, be sure to check out my other Etsy shop! I'm also on Etsy as Erika Heins, and my shop is GaslightEmporium, where I sell my sewn creations: repurposed clothing with a Victorian/ steampunk/ gothic flair.
