Karla's Profile

About

I have worked as an artist and a teacher over the past twenty-five years using many different materials including wood, stone, welded metal, wax and clay. These days, I balance my studio time with working on our family farm in Northwestern New Jersey. I raise goats and llamas and hope to add some sheep. Until I adopt some sheepies of my own, I happily use wool from local farms, alpaca from an Amish family farm in Pennsylvania and luxurious merino in the yarns I spin.
