artist statement:

Exposing multiple realities - all of my photographs are taken on 35 mm film. I shoot photographs in a world of duality; an existence of multiplicity where seeing from only one perspective means seeing from a false perspective. I do not wish to impose my limited perspective on the subjects that I shoot. Rather, I leave it to chance to decide which qualities of the subject will appear on film. There is a softness to real film that maintains an element of memory that makes these multiple exposure photographs often seem more like watercolor paintings or surrealist art rather than photographs.
