About

Hi, my name is Laura. When I first meet my husband Jerry he was working with stained glass and making lamp shades, sun catchers and panels. We found that this took a lot of time and space to create. Needing room to grow and places to put all of our equipment and supplies, we finally built and opened up our own country home glass studio and the rest is history!

Mr. Glassman (aka Jerry) started making glass lampworking beads, glassblowing items and buying more glass books and videos and I started getting interested myself. We have taken a couple of classes, but mostly self taught. We now have all of our glass art in many gallery locations throughout the United States. Its very exciting! We love what we do and we spend most of our time creating new ideas. Jerry likes to work on the torch (lampworking) and do glassblowing and I like to do kiln (fusing) work. Sometimes we combine both together to create a new art piece. Our favorite place to travel and admire other glass artists is Seattle, Washington. We are always inspired and appreciate all forms of art and colors. Love it there!

Andy is our 18yr old son and is a senior in high school. He is very talented too and has made some awesome beads on the torch, but prefers to hang out with friends. That's okay too.

Come take a look at our other Etsy store! Lots of great glass supplies.
