I started making pottery about 25 years ago at a community center. I always had so much fun experimenting with the many techniques "pottery" has to offer. Raku, Pit fire, gas high firings, earthenware... Each pot became special. I never wanted to sell any! So, to support my habit, the signs and garden stakes became my niche. New themes are endless and often depend on my mood. Inspiration, sarcasm, love, friendship, coffee, wine, animals. I never know what will pop out of me when I'm in the zone! While my work is not considered fine art- that's OK. It's FUN art and it connects with people. I love that.

My "Pot Shoppe" is a small back yard studio that was once a tool shed. While I'm located very close to some premier clay facilities, I love being at home, doing this. I hope that you enjoy my work! Thank you for your interest & support.
