Genevieve Turner's Profile

About

A few years ago I graduated from school with a bachelors degree in molecular biology... after the excitement of finishing school and starting a job wore off I realized I was bored!!
No homework?!? No labs?!?
After a few weeks I started crocheting. Blankets, scarves, pot holders and other square-ish things got old fast, so I moved on to socks. Now, my socks would definitely keep your feet warm, but they weren't the most beautiful socks you've ever seen. So I took one, stuffed it, and added a button eye and the first Gennikin was born! In the two years since that first monster I've loved developing new, funny (and un-sock-like) patterns for monsters and creatures of all shapes and sizes.
I hope you get as much of a kick out of them as I do!
