Due to my extremely imaginative mind, I have been creating wonderful things since I was a child.
I began cooking at the age of 5 and baking at the age of 8. I try to acquire 1-3 new skills per year adding to my long list of varied accomplishments. I am not afraid to try something new and am not deterred if something doesn’t come out perfect the first time. Yes, I am also a perfectionist! So, everything I create – both edible and non-edible have to be to the highest standard, consistency, and be both pleasing to the eye, sense of emotion, and taste, if applicable.
I work with a huge variety of mediums and tend to cross over to non-traditional blends when necessary to create just the right look and feel to my project/art piece/baked goods.
