About

The desire to create has always run deep. When designing my intricate dichroic glass art, I feel alive and connected to the world around me. Textures, patterns, colors are all vital to my creative process. I revel in the challenges of an unusual design and enjoy the elements of nature that I can integrate into my jewelry. I use a variety of glass fusing techniques to enhance each piece of jewelry. Dichroic glass is as vibrant as the changing seasons. Every creation is hand made to the highest standard and completely unique.

I started designing my own jewelry about 20 years ago with the guidance of my Native American grandfather, an artist in his own right. I started designing my own jewelry about 20 years ago with the guidance of my Native American grandfather, an artist in his own right. He taught me about the importance of a carefully planned out pattern and showed me how to incorporate natural elements into my artwork. Endless happy afternoons were spent on our respective projects, and I was hooked.

Graduating with a BA degree in Art from the University of Alaska I became a photographer and website designer for a travel company, touring all across the Western USA. From the deserts of Arizona and New Mexico to the lush temperate rain forest of the Olympic Peninsula in Washington the vibrancy of the natural world impacted both my photography and my jewelry design. I began creating my own dichroic jewelry, incorporating the patterns I found in my travels.

With my "Glass Art Seasons" I hope to inspire your imagination. There is something here for every style, every season. Enjoy my art as it evolves with each new piece.
