GnarlyKnotWholes' Profile

About

I live and work in a small, urban farmhouse, with my husband of 19 years, my two teenage children and a small, soft, stubborn cat.
We cultivate love, an insatiable desire for knowledge and skills, wonderfully enormous imaginations, honorable work ethic and much of our own food!

Our gnarly wooden pendants are not holes, not wholes and occasionally knotholes!
We know GnarlyKnotWholes is a mouthful, so we've nicknamed them gee kay dubs.
GKWs (gee kay dubs) are sliced from fallen branches, collected in our own neighborhood.
They have a heart branded onto them, because we love them so much and we hope you do too!

Some of the hearts get a coat of funky, metallic paint; we call them Funky GKWs.
Some of the hearts don't get painted; they're our Naked GKWs!
It takes quite a bit of work to turn those slices into GKWs, and we take pride in our work.
Heck, we love work! So, order more and share our love and your love with someone you love!

I have another Etsy shop,
www.etsy.com/shop/BeZen for the results of my creative exploration of Batik, Shibori, Weaving and beeswax.

Although, I refer to "we" in my shop, these wooden pendants are solely created by the artist Natasha Sebastian.
My gratitude to my family for providing endless cups of tea, yummy food, smiles, music, dance breaks, love and laughter.
