Go for Pinks: (50's Slang) A drag race where the stakes are the car's pink slip

Art plays a big role in my family (all three of my children paint and draw) and I have always encouraged them to pursue their endeavors. My grand uncle owns a candy factory in Mexico City. During my summer visits in the month of July, workers were busy making and decorating Calaveras of all sizes. Meeting the Dia de los Muertos deadline. I was thrilled to help put on eyes made of colorful tinfoil. I have made Calavera brooches all my life, giving them away to friends and family. My dear beloved "papa" was so proud that I carried on the sugar skull tradition. From Heaven he is smiling down on me and encouraging me to continue with my art.

All my items are painstakingly made by hand and painted by hand by yours truly with love. I hope you enjoy my items as much as I enjoyed making them :D All my items and Logo skull are Copyrighted by GoforPinks. Frida, skull w/five flowers and watermelon pin are awaiting patent.

Thanks for stopping by!
