About

I learned to crochet one summer when I was home from college. My Mom showed me the basics and gave me a pattern for an afghan that I made in a bright cherry red. Since then I've made afghans for my friends and their kids. I started trying new things and now I have ideas about the next thing I can try, sometimes leaving me with a few unfinished projects lying around.

I recently started knitting and its been a slow process to teach myself new things. I was so excited when I finished my first pair of socks that I immediately started on another.
