Steve Day's Profile

About

Steve lives and works in a 200 year old stone grist mill in eastern Pennsylvania. Surrounded by woods and fields and streams, he wakes to the sounds of geese on the mill pond, and falls asleep to the call of a great horned owl.

Combining the elements of nature -earth, water, fire- Steve turns the planets’ most abundant resource (clay) into art.

I invite you to join the thousands of other customers that have acquired my ceramic art over the past 25 years.

More work- and an occasional blog entry!- can be found at:

Each piece begins with a quiet woodland walk, where I select the leaves that will become a timeless treasure.
