Hello there, my name is Michele Von Trapp, I am a mom, a wife and a self taught artist. I spend a lot of my free time with my kids and husband.

I started making wire wrap jewelry in the fall of 2010 and have fallen in love, I am always teaching myself new and improved jewelry techniques. My wire rings are my specialty at this time considering the designs I have come up with on my own by modifying the basic techniques to give me more versatility in my designs. My sterling wire that I use to make my jewelry is recycled sterling from a company that powers there plant using solar power. I make it a point to know where my materials come from and that they are responsibly produced.

I am currently teaching myself Viking knit and am loving it.

My current materials: Sterling silver wire, copper wire, high grade gemstones, crystals, vintage materials for steampunk like watch gears, crystals, and a whole lot more, and other metalworking techniques coming soon
