About

I grew up in a small town where the word "excitement" for kids meant playing in the dirt searching for insects, or waiting for wild animals to ravage our yards. I had to find a way to look at things in a new way in order to find my own "excitement". That's when I picked up a disposable camera at the small age of 8 years old and new it was basically love at first sight with a piece of technology. Not only was I able to capture multiple images, but i was capturing pieces of my life. I was capturing memories that would last forever. Ever since my first "shutterbug" moments, I've been loyal to this hobby of viewing life through the eye of a camera. Today, my Pentax , Scarlet, serves me well. Though the sound of her shutter is louder than the rustling of a bag of chips, I continue to be amazed at such a wonderful device.
