Bonjour!
I'm French and I've been in the US for over a decade now... first in NY then Boston. I have an Art History background (Ecole du Louvre and Master of Arts).
I grew up in a house filled with art objects found and hunted at flea markets and old antique boutiques in France. My parents fueled my interest in anything creative and my two grandmothers and great grandmothers also had their share of influence being such champions knitters, embroiderers and clothes makers!
When I was little I wanted to be an Egyptian archeologist and, in the course of my art history studies, I majored in Egyptian Archeology and went to Egypt... but I did not become an archeologist. Instead I moved to New York and did a Master of Arts and worked in art galleries...
I love making things with my hands (decorations, stitching, felting, cards) and I love to draw (pastels are my favorite)... I get cranky on the days I don't make anything ;)
I love to use old materials or recycle things I have at home (all sorts of papers and fabrics, clothes...). My grandmas' closets back in France in particular are full of treasures that I use in my designs.
I am inspired by my surroundings. New England's dramatic season changes, my art books, music and for a big part by my son's imagination, books and pretend games.
My own French culture is also an endless source of creativity :)
Today I'm a proud plush maker! Creating truly makes me happy and I put all my passion in each design I create.

I hope you will enjoy my work!
